FORGET THIS ONE. Due to some unexplained cockup the course turned out to be just over five miles (I ran 36:28 so almost a fifteen year PB) Km markers were a little inaccurate (6 minutes for the first one) and then a barrage of apparently unrelated markers in the following order: 1,9,7,5,7 again, 8......... I lost the will to live at this point but thankfully we had reached five mile so the 10K race was over........
