Due to a couple of unforseen problems I had to finish my race 1 lap early due to: 1.Start delayed by 7mins due to ???? 2.Course nearer 6 miles than the 5 miles advertised. I had to make a quick dash to work arriving at about 13:53. 7 minutes to spare so the ~13 mins it took per lap would indeed have taken me over the time I'd alotted myself. The others seemed to be fairing well when I left so I hope they enjoyed the day. I'll be up for ours at Campsall though and the X Country relays the day before. Dan: Where's the mud? Got rewarded with a twisted ackle(and a torn ligament and a trip to A&E) while out on a walk!!! Which means no running again this week!
