Some members ran the York Millenium Bridge 5km yesterday. Unfortunately there appeared to be problems on the course and some people ran a short course whilst others did the full. Fortunately our members were smart enough to take the full route (or dumb enough to miss out on an even bigger PB). PB’s by Wayne and Dean proving that hard training pays off…
