Online link here: 2019 Norton 9
Postal form to come shortly.
Please note:
- no entries on the day (the race hits its quota ahead of that usually anyway)
- transfers are permitted within reason, we have to call a deadline close to the race as the chips have to be programmed etc.
- collect number and chip on the day
- headphones of any kind are not permitted as its an open road course
Phil.

Our races are always t-shirts.
Hi where are water stations positioned please?
Approximately 4 (just exiting Womersley) and 6 (just entering Little Smeaton) mile. The exact placement depends on where we can tuck up safely off the road.
Hi
I’m running the Norton 9 this weekend but just wondering if there is a bag drop facility?
Dan
Not really I’m afraid but generally there’s someone at Race HQ that can keep an eye on things.
Morning,
Are all entries now closed for the Norton nine? I cannot hook online as it’s sold out, but I have seen on one site that the limit is 750 not 600.
Just checking as I would live to do it, but fully understand if missed out.
Kind regards
All places gone I’m afraid, our entry limit is 600. We always apply for more on the license as if 601 runners ran against a 600 license it would be invalid…
Interested in running norton 9 however notice the event is closed. Is there a waiting list or possible transfers?
Number transfers possible for the next 24 hours but we don’t operate a waiting list I’m afraid.
I am finding it increasingly frustrating trying to enter races via a complicated web system. I missed the Dewsbury 10 k thanks to online booking systems.
Bring back the simple system of printing an entry form. it’s easy all I have to do is print the form, fill it in then send it off.
I want to enter the Norton 9 so that my mate, Jack Cowlishaw, and I can have a good day out. Can you please e mail me an entry form?
