Then on Sunday 24th November a jog around Donny 10k. Sadly, little in the way of mud and puddles. I understand it was run in road shoes rather than 12mm spikes. Anyway, Joe scored success with another 10k PB…if only because Abbey Dash results were annulled because of a short course!
