Very well done to all who took part, it was a great night for running/racing/walking back with the face on!!
From the 5 athletes who completed last months TT, 4 of them were quicker, all of whom displayed impressive improvements in their own right.
Its brilliant to see Chrissie back out there too and boy did she smile her way to the finish. A great effort, and very well done.
The performance of the night for me was Jody, as he managed to remember it was TT night. Superb matey boy and a very good run too. Fingers crossed for the “29’s” next month.
All being well August will see the TT return to an even more of a normal feel. At the time of writing I have not heard anything from the committee with respect to what the expectations will be re the re-opening of club nights etc. Hopefully something will be forthcoming. As for the return of Fez’s Catering Service, who know’s. He may have enjoyed acting as time keeper so much that he decides to hand over the Chip Buttie duties, I doubt it though.
