Andy ran well at the front end, at least he was smiling anyway. Who knows, it may have been a touch of wind though.
Despite Stan not being very happy at the finish with his performance (soap and water spring to mind), he continues to excel on a Saturday morning and any other events he does too. Brilliant work Stan.
It was great to see Ash back on the course and I had a good chat to him (for 2 laps at least). Looks like I was holding him back with a quicker last lap, as I called it a day. Keep at it Ash, you know it makes sense pal.
Chrissie and Sophie registered excellent improvements on their October 2022 times, very very well done to you both.
Keep up the good work everyone and hope to see you all next month, where we can all once again enjoy the new décor and front doors of the Coronation club. They must have been expecting a local celebrity or something, someone huge in America for example, Yungblud, Chrissie or Fez, who knows.
