B Watts / Own Run / Great Run
There were no debutants this month, but there were some great performances with the
biggest improver being Rebecca who took almost 4 minutes off her previous months’
effort. Great stuff and well done to you.
Mr. Capp was also in very good form reducing his previous best time by over a
minute, with Luke reducing his previous best by 29 seconds. Nice work chaps.
It was good to have Jody back out there too after a wee bit of a lay off.
Chrissie didn’t want to run (unwell) but did and performed very well indeed.
Thanks to Kathie and Rex for time keeping and to Fez for the buffet.
Thanks everyone and well done.
See you all next month on 07/08/2025.

PS, Don’t forget its Freddo Memorial Relays on 22/07/25.
