Its not very often that someone hits the headlines for adding 3 minutes to their previous month, though I feel Chrissie deserves a round of applause for attending the day after her hols in Greece and having a real go. Very Well done and here’s to a sub 40 mins before the end of the year. You know you can do it.
It was great to see GG being competitive again, though I’m not too sure the trainers he adorned were strictly acceptable/legal. I’ll have a closer look next month, with a pair of shades on!!
The numbers were again rather disappointing, shame really, as the event has proven really popular over theyears, especially with chip butties and a catch up after a hard run being the order of the day. Hopefully its just down to the time of year and folk being away on hols.
Keep up the good work, whether racing or training.
Thanks to the timekeepers (Dave and Barry) and supporter (Kelly).
Fez, you were missed greatly and this selfish behaviour of enjoying yourself will not be tolerated.
Ash, thanks for opening up the changing rooms etc, much appreciated.
